Guitarist and songwriter for the English rock band Def Leppard. Stephen Maynard Clark (23 April 1960 – 8 January 1991) was an English musician. He was the principal songwriter and lead guitarist for the English arduous rock band Def Leppard, till 1991, when he died from alcohol poisoning.
