She was born on the 23rd of April 1974, her hometown is Valanchery, Malappuram, Kerala, India.

Career
She has acted in more than 30 films. She started her career as an actress in “Ansuram”. She became Gladrags’ first model in 1994. It’s a Malayalam movie. She also worked as a fashion model. She competed in the Miss India pageant in 1994 and finished second behind Sushmita Sen, Aishwarya Rai, and Francesca Hart.
Her first Bollywood movie is “Ishq”. I received noticeable attention for this movie. You have generally conveyed a glamorous image. Some of her Bollywood films include Asoka (2001), Acceptable (2003), and Corporate (2006). Menon returned to Malayalam in 2006 with Tantra.
