Born on September 26, 1981, in Saginaw, Michigan, to Richard Williams and Orasin Price, Williams is the youngest of Price’s five daughters: half-sisters Ytonde, Lyndrea, and Esha Price, and full sister, Venus.
Family
When the children were young, the family moved to Compton, California, where Williams began playing tennis at the age of three. Her father, Richard, Serena is at home and her sister is Venus.
