Early Life
Born on March 20, 1986, in Melbourne, Rose is the daughter of Katja Langenheim, a 20-year-old single mother, and artist, whom she describes as one of her role models. As a young child, she traveled frequently and lived in rural Victoria, Tasmania, and Surfers Paradise before finally settling in Melbourne.
Education
Ruby is the divine daughter of Aboriginal Australian boxer Lionel Rose and granddaughter of Alec Campbell, the last Australian soldier surviving at the Battle of Gallipoli.
Career
Rose has appeared in the media spotlight as a presenter on MTV Australia, followed by several high-profile modeling parties, notably as the face of Maybelline New York in Australia. In addition to her modeling career, she has co-hosted several television shows, such as Australian Next Top Model and The Project on Network Ten. Rose continued her acting career from 2008 onwards, with her first performance on the Australian film set of Fleur.
