She works in Panjabi movies. She started her career primarily in Hindi soap operas in 2003 with Hari Mirchi Lal Mirchi. She has acted in some TV series Astitva, Jeet Guns and Roses. She participated in Nach Baliye 2. In 2013, Bajwa played a very successful role in the multi-starred Panjabi film Saadi Love Story, a Punjabi film directed by Dheeraj Rattan.
Her second and third film is Gatt and Juliet. Both films broke all opening day records for Punjabi films. Her film Naughty Jatts was released in 2013. In 2014 she released her films Dil Vil Pyaar Vyaar, Aa Gaye Munde UK de, Patola. In 2015 she acted in Sardar Ji, and in 2016 she played Channo Kamil Yaar Dil and Jindua.
